Found these pics I had scanned few years ago. Some of the last work I did before I retired. Pet peeve of mine. They had serious deck light issues at this independent house I helped out at training their guys. I always tried to teach a better work ethic on top of the theory and general knowledge. A BRC old school way of doing things if you may. I would tell guys, Anybody can be a slob. No experience necessary. This was one of a few Ive encountered. These are before pics. After in comments. Is it just me? I cant stand a sloppy, wires hanging all over, bent up, taped up deck light!!
