Now, while the Enquiring Authority Shri Rajesh Kumar, I.A.S., the then Director, Animal Husbandry, Bihar, Patna has submitted his Enquiry Report to the Department/ Government stating that the related allegations/ charges has not been proved, then how can that transfer order be sustained. Henceforth, that transfer order should be quashed with immediate effect. Therefore, may I request your honour to please quash the transfer order of mine with immediate effect. Sir, we are dying of hunger, without being guilty. My position is worse than that of any employee placed under suspension, for a delinquent employee under suspension is at least paid 50% pay as subsistence allowance during the first year of his suspension, and 75% afterwards.
