Fragile Friday in the book! Repeat for 5 rounds. It has been an intense 6 weeks. I have dropped 21 pounds and 6% bodyfat. I have been working at a huge calorie deficit and filling in the gaps with Bulletproof supplements. I rarely plan a deload week and instead listen to my body. It is time. So for the next 10 days, I will be putting down the weights. I will be trying to attend Hot Yoga 5-7 times. I will also try to increase my caloric intake fairly significantly. My current body weight is 227 down from 248. I have some pretty big goals for the next 12 months. Dunking a basketball, doing a 1 arm pull-up, benching 300lbs, squatting 400lbs, and deadlifting 500lbs. We will see where this journey leads. #inittoownit
