Fran/Grace - Workout (3 or 4) For this workout, one team member chooses to do Fran and the other has to complete Grace afterwards. This workout is on one clock and ONE SCORE (Total reps = 120) in 10min. Tie Breaker for this workout will be the Fran time. So heres the layout: For Time or AMRepsAP in 10min: P1: Fran 21-15-9 THRUSTERS @65# PULLUPS P2: Grace 30 Clean and Jerks @95# Standards * Thruster - This is a standard barbell thruster in which the barbell moves from the bottom of a front squat to full lockout overhead. * Pullups - Dead hang, kipping or butterfly pull-ups are allowed, as long as all the requirements are met.
