Francis Arzberger, in case you missed this: Cowboys fan sues NFL for $88 billion over reversed call 23 January 2015 06:52 PM BY JOHN HEALY Dez Bryants controversial incomplete pass still has one Cowboys fan trying to take the NFL to court. Everybody is up in arms over DeflateGate, but Cowboys fans are still angry over the Dez Bryant catch-that-wasnt. Terry Hendrix, an incarcerated Cowboys fan in Colorado, is suing the NFL for $88 billion for overturning Bryants fourth quarter catch against the Packers in the NFC divisional game on Jan. 11, according to WFAA. Hendrix is reportedly seeking $88,987,654,321.88 in damages for but not limited to: negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and also reckless disregard. He specifically names NFL Vice President of Officiating Dean Blandino, referee Gene Steratore and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell in the lawsuit. Bryants catch, which was ruled incomplete after a video review, would have put the Cowboys at the 1-yard line. Hendrix writes the Cowboys offensive line would have perfectly created an Autobahn for DeMarco Murray to drive into the endzone for the score and victory. Perhaps Hendrix, an inmate at Fremont Correctional Facility in Cañon City, Colorado, will have a better result with the courts this time around, just don’t bet on it.
