Frank Gashumba MR.PRESIDENT, We are not Naive as you might think, during the celebrations to mark the KCCAs 3 Years existence, you attacked and shifted the mess in Kampala to Mayor Lukwago, Dr.Besigye, Ken Lukyamuzi, Latif Ssebagala as subtours and being responsible for the mess in Kampala. I saw a footage on TV where the President was unveiling the Kisenyi Health Center, to me thats not a health center worth opening up, an LC1 chairman and his committee would do a job opening up such a 17th Century health center. A month ago, The Mukwano Group of Companies opened up a State of the art mall Accasia Mall, everything in that mall is of international standards, the roads surrounding it worked on by Mukwano Group and Local Construction, the flowers, the underground parking, Children facilities Mr.President, for the last 28 years you have been in power, show me one organized town or city in Uganda. From Entebbe Airport to Soroti Airstrip, From Kaabog to Kisoro, From Kaboko to Busia, From Bulisa to Nakapiripiriti, From Kitgum to Isigiro to Rakai. Mr.President, you always conceal your failures of Government to address the problems of Urban areas but shifting the blame to Opposition. Everything about Mr. Yoweri Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is about to stay in power forever, planing how to rig the next election not changing the lives of people in Uganda. If you managed to bribe MPs to lift the Term limits in our Constitution, dont tell me you cant fix this country. Mr.President during your 28 Years, show me one School, Hospital, Road, Building put up during your regime on international standards. It is very sad to hear Ugandans glorifying the good old days of the colonial masters instead of moving to a better future. When all these big hospitals were built and adequately equipped, Makerere University was the Harvard of Africa. Unless we Ugandans wake up the dream of no change, our Children and our Grand Children will blame us. If a Private School like Greenhill Academy can put up a Fly-Over to reduce the traffic jam between Kibuli and Namuwongo.How about the Government? If we dont come out and challenge these broad day LIES. We are assisting this evil system in their propaganda.
