Frankly, I went through a bad patch the past couple of weeks, experienced a spiritual void, and apparently I have come through it, my heart is full and I am back from the edge. Everybody hurts, but if you just hold on, things change for the better. I believe I experienced spiritual healing from some music I listened to this weekend (actually, it was likely the great company). I follow a spiritual program and it says gives suggestions, and says if I follow that way I have nothing to fear, yet for years now every time I hear that I fill in at the end unconsciously but yet I fear. I sought solution and somehow inexplicably the fear about what the future brings has been so lifted. Fear replaced by faith. I am a fortunate being. Hold on for gosh sake, if you are going through it. You are NOT alone!
