Frankly, it is amazing how patient the policeman is. It seems to me after two or three attempts to have a conversation about the situation and being stalemated, an arrest is in order. It also would be appropriate to remove gun privileges as a consequence of not responding to the legitimate police inquiry. ...The belligerent attitude of the gun owner causes me to believe this episode was a "test" to show evidence to pro-gun groups of how their rights are being violated ....that is something to cite as a rallying cry for militias, doomsday types, and white supremacists. If this law testing attitude continues with these groups, eventually we will see a shootout between them and the police or other law enforcement.
