Frankly it is embarrassing the both Tony Abbott AND Bill Shorten are carrying on in the manner they are about the visit by Vladimir Putin claiming that Russia is responsible for the downing of MH17. They are both obviously TOO THICK or TIME POOR to show any amount of RESPECT for the people who lost their lives on that day by reading the preliminary report from the Dutch where it plainly says Damage observed on the forward fuselage and cockpit section of the aircraft appears to indicate that there were impacts from a large number of high-energy objects from outside the aircraft. Got that? A LARGE NUMBER of HIGH-ENERGY objects from outside the aircraft!!! Not a surface to air missile as the MSM claim. It was an air-to-air attack.
