Fraud and Payment Analyst - Innsbruck We are looking for a Fraud and Payment Analyst to join a dynamic team in Innsbruck. You must be fluent in English and Italian. The main tasks involved in this role are: Customer Verification: registration of clients documents and check of clients gaming accounts; Prevention of Money Laundering: requesting documentation to prove the identity of the client and/or the origin of the deposited funds; Processing/checking Incoming & Outgoing Bank transfers: loading of bank transfers from agents/customers on their gaming accounts; You must have: • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian • Fluent in English • 1-2 years experience in payment/fraud process/operation • Excellent pc skills (candidate must have high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint) • Prepared to work shifts We are looking for someone who has strong technical, analytical and communication skills as well as being able to adapt to stressful situations and being able to handle many tasks at one time.
