Frederick City residents who wish to register to vote in the September 10, 2013 City Primary Election are reminded that the deadline for voter registration is 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 9, 2013. In order to become a registered voter, individuals must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of Frederick City, and be at least 18 years of age on September 10, 2013. Voter registration applications may be obtained by calling the Board of Elections. Applications are also available in County libraries, the Motor Vehicle Administration, Frederick Community College, the County Courthouse, and all U.S. Post Offices. Individuals may also register at the Board of Elections, Winchester Hall, 12 E.
