#LIME .... This is letter from a disgruntled customer to put it mildly. Ive been without internet for the last 4 days inclusive of today. Now being a graphic designer thats like JPS being without oil. Ive placed numerous calls to your technical service department and up till this moment a technician is not forthcoming although I was told one would be here from Thursday. I have no choice but to use your services and I think thats why you approach my problem as such with scant regard. You have removed your customer service department to other countries in the Caribbean and have not equipped them properly to diagnose and fix problems. This is the second time Ive been without internet for an extended period of time and the treatment is the same. The last time your technician came ill equipped to fix the issue. I dont know if calling the OUR will help but what I know is you are by far the WORST company Ive had to deal with. Your customer service is poor not because of the agents fault but because theyre ill-equipped. Your response time is crappy and you allow your customers to suffer until its convenient for you to attend to them and even then you send ill-equipped technicians to fix issue. #LIME = #LAME
