Free house...Young man recently restored from addict lifestyle had a heart dream of having his own house (but no money as he began a ministry school). Another couple in town had a beautiful guesthouse (with an amazing view) they used for missionaries but it was mostly left empty. One day they opened it to find 17 dead bats and realized that leaving it empty was resulting in it being run down. The young man was recommended as a possible trustworthy tenant. On his return from a mission trip they practically begged him to occupy. He then found out they didn’t want to charge him rent due to the tax credits they received from the property being attached to their own. Even more so, they paid for all his utilities! Seven years later having paid no rent or utilities he was given the opportunity to purchase it… for free
