Free to a good home: One couch and one dining room set. They can be adopted as siblings or they can be split up if necessary. Both are in need of some TLC, but will fit in nicely with the right family. Couch is about 7 1/2 ft long x 3 1/2 ft deep x 3 ft tall. Beige in color. Frame in back has a broken board and the left arm sags, but doesnt detract from its functionality. Should be an easy fix for the less handyman-challenged. Dining room table measures 74 long x 38 wide and 30 high. Has a removable leaf measuring 18 in width. So without the leaf, is would reduce to 56 long. Has 4 regular chairs and 2 captains chairs. One arm on one of the captains chairs is broken, but could be reattached. The caning on one of the chairs is broken out (see pic), but again, with the right loving parent could be restored.
