Freedom and the People of SKN won today in the court case. The judge ruled that the speaker should table the motion of No Confidence and allow for a debate as stilpulated in the constitution. While the court has limited jurisdiction in Parliament is does have the right to make sure that constitutional matters are upheld. Therefore, it the speakers role to uphold and protect the rights of our people based on our said constitution. The PM and his cabinet cannot be held accountable for not tabling the motion of no Confidence.
