Freshly smoked mullet for dinner! This brings back sooooo many memories! When I was younger my Dad would go fishing on Sunday morning early and bring home a load of mullet clean them and smoke them. He took an old fridge and made his smokehouse. Our old neighborhood included the Fentons, Daughertys,and the Wilders. Fish enough for everyone and hush puppies to! Dad even taught me t o throw a cast net those were the days! Oh Niki Wilson thanks for dinner!!!!
