Friday, 14th March THE WORLD NEEDS YOU! “If you keep quiet at a time like this, God will deliver the Jews from some other source… who can say but that God has brought you into the palace for just such a time as this?” (Esther 4:14 TLB) The Bible records that a wicked man by the name of Haman whipped up a conspiracy to destroy God’s people who were in captivity. Being the Prime Minister, he was able to convince the King that it was necessary to annihilate them. But by this time, a young Jewish girl by the name of Esther had been chosen as the queen of the reigning king, Ahaseurus. When her uncle, Mordecai heard about it, he sent her this message: “who can say but that God has brought you into the palace for just such a time as this?” In other words, he was telling her that she had come into the kingdom at this time, for the purpose of saving God’s people. At the risk of her life, Esther took up the challenge and Haman’s plan backfired. She proved that she was born for such a time in history of the Jews. Just like Esther, you were born for such a time as this—you came at the right time. The world needs you! You were born as the answer to the cry of many! You came at the right time for this generation, and your life is being programmed in that direction. There’s a reason you weren’t born a century ago or a century from now; God purposed and planned that you would come in this generation, to be the answer to the questions of people in this generation. You’re not an accident; God knew you were coming and He prepared for you. When you have this kind of mentality, you’ll get out of the league of the complainers and failures because your life is for the salvation of souls! You are an answer and a problem-solver. You came at the right time, praise God. Prayer: Glorious Father, I adore You! You’re my El-Shaddai: my Strong and Breasted One; the God who is more than enough for me! Thank You for your Word today. Indeed I came into the kingdom for such a time as this. I came at the right time, the world needs me and in the Name of Jesus I take my place as supplier of solution and answers in my world, in Jesus Mighty Name!
