Friday Group Ocean Swim: try to get to this swim,it wont get much better than what tomorrow will bring, this is what the local news said this morning, get ready for a picture perfect Friday!! Today the ocean is about 70 degrees and looks like a lake, anticipating those conditions in AM, so meet at 5:30 AM, in water by 5:35 AM, Bay Head, Osborne Ave-East Ave. Also many of us are riding or running after swim, so post here if you will do a post swim workout. Ill be riding , 90 mins to 2 hours. We should be riding or running by no later than 7AM.
