Friday I was at sea outside Skulsfjord with my neigbourgh Audun Rikardsen to watch and photo-shoot whales (humpback and killer whales). To give my FB friends some impressions about what a whale watch can be like, I have put together some of the 700 pictures I shoot. However, also the nature in combination with the shifting snow weather and the last glimpses of sun light in 2014 (this is the last two weeks before the sun drops under the horizon and stay there for the next two months) makes very interesting and dramatic scenes.
