Friday I was dropping my car off at Pepboys in Griffin for an oil change and realized I forgot my coupon. So as I was pulling in, I noticed one of managers who normally works in front( not the older manager) outside. I asked him if I could bring my coupon back when I returned for my vehicle. He asked me what I was having done and when I told him, he proceeded to say I cant change your oil with that ticking in your car sounding like its from the engine.I looked puzzled because Ive never been told that before. I then went on the tell him I started two days ago. He didnt even offer to look at it. I said ok and took my car right behind them to National brake and Muffler. Who had no problem changing my oil which stopped the ticking caused by my oil being too low. Needless to say they lost one customer. I normally dont post on this page, but I think others should know.
