Friday, January 16, 2015: Grizzly Mountain Grooming, driver / owner Tristan Vaughan has been over the entire trail system this week. The Orange Tucker and Blue Mogel Master are out tonight grooming our westerly trails which is Route 302 towards Eastmans, Route 302A, 2004 and 302C out to the Butterfield Parking lot and beck to the Groomer stall in the Village of Groton. On Saturday night he will groom to the North on the Corridor C2-302 trail, Route 2 and Route 232 trails. Trails to the south from CA1 on Route 5, the snow is thin, but very passable. The new 2014 trails he is going to try grooming, but ideally need more snow to smooth out this brand new trail. Be careful on Saturday, the Buckaroos of 302 and Groton FAST squad will be conducting snowmobile rescue drills between 9am and 2pm on corridor 232, approximately 1 mile north of CA4.
