Friday, November 8, 2013 Declaring Gods Designs Scriptures - You, human one, describe the temple to the house of Israel. Let them be humiliated because of their guilt when they think about its design. (Ezekiel 43:10 CEB) Then the Lord said to me: Human one, pay close attention! Use your eyes and ears and listen to all that I say to you concerning the regulations of the Lords temple and all its instructions. Pay close attention to the access to the temple through all the sanctuary portals. (Ezekiel 44:5 CEB) Observations - The Kingdom of God is here and now, yet hidden to so many. As Ezekiel was called to describe something yet unseen, to make it His passion and pursuit, so those who belong to Christ are called to announce a Kingdom that has come and is coming, and to make known its access - to declare its design. Application - Are my eyes and ears attuned to the Kingdom of Heaven here and now? Are my works and words an accurate representation of that Kingdom? (i.e. Are the beatitudes MY attitudes? Am I so letting my light shine that others may see my good deeds and glorify my Father in heaven?) Prayer - Heavenly Father, help me to see and understand Your Wonderful Ways that I might make known and model those Wonderful Ways. Amen.
