John Boehner is blocking a vote from happening. Instead, he took a 10 day Thanksgiving break and he is responsible for scheduling Washington DC House of Reps to work only 8 days in December after working only 2 weeks in November 2013. American taxpayers are paying these Congressional Tea Party fools over 75 million dollars per year for their six-figure per year incomes to give themselves extended Holiday breaks while farmers and Americans suffer.
