A WORD FITLY SPOKEN A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver (Proverbs.25:11). Solomon here shows how much giving instructions in proper time and place is like true apples of a golden color in pictures of silver. As that is very pleasing to the eye, so is a word fitly spoken to the ear. I felt inspired to release a word that the Holy Spirit gave me from the interpretation of a vision. The primary reason why we share the word of God on the social network, is because we believe that God speaks thru his men and women of God to release a word collectively to God’s people that they may cooperate with the season of God. We have to understand that we are always engaged in spiritual warfare. The word warfare in the Vine’s dictionary means: “Spiritual conflict”. The word warfare also comes from the Greek word “strateia” where we get our English word “strategy”. This conflict that we are all engaged in is spiritual, which means it is invisible to the natural eyes and incomprehensible to the natural mind. The Bible says, “The natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness to him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned (ICor.2:14)”. Many times we try to interpret the strategies of the battles in our lives only to come to no avail. For this cause God always sends a word to his people to give understanding and enlightenment in order to level the battle ground. The Holy Spirit gave me the interpretation to this vision two weeks ago and I was not going to share it. But I felt an unrest in my spirit and was then lead in the Bible to the scripture in I Peter.4:10 which says,” As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God”. To this end God inspired us to release a word fitly spoken for this season. In the vision I saw God’s people walking forward and they were a very large people in statue. As I looked closely, the heads of the people of God were very small. So, his people had large bodies but with very small heads. The Lord said,” This is a season that I am moving my people forward. I have fortified you and enlarged you and elevated you to higher places in me. I am sending you to possess the land that I have promised to give unto you, new territories and new places spiritually and geographically. The small heads is symbolic of the strategy against the minds of God’s people. The enemy’s strategy is to intimidate God’s people by causing them to look at how great the opposition is. Working against the minds of the people of God to convince us that we are not able to overcome. God has raised us up to be an exceeding and great army. Only, so as a man thinketh, so is he. We must elevate our thinking to believe that we are more than able to overcome. This is a season that God said that he is going to inflate our thinking by the wind of his Spirit. Even as Joshua and Caleb told the people of God, God is also saying unto us,” If the Lord delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it to us; a land which floweth with milk and honey. Only rebel not ye against the Lord, neither fear ye the people (the giants or the big things in your life) for they are bread for us; their defense is departed from them, and the Lord is with us: fear them not (Numbers.14:8-9). Our circumstances may still look big, but God has took the strength out of those things that would oppose us. We only need faith to believe that the God that brought us out is more than able to take us in. AMEN
