Friday October 31st: Good morning and Happy Halloween! We have scattered frost and clear skies this morning across the region in some areas, and as the day wears on, clouds will increase heading toward evening. A few rain showers will arrive overnight - but later - shouldnt affect evening Halloween activities.... and will continue in some areas into early Saturday afternoon with hit or miss on and off rain showers. Chilly and breezy conditions will be around over the weekend, especially on Sunday.
