Goji Cafe April Menu: Asparagus and spring nettle soup; Goji garden nettles, early Spanish organic asparagus served with bread.V opt Brawn cocktail with hints of the sea; layered cauliflower tabouleh, cos lettuce, lemongrass mayo . Vegan GFI and NFI Falafels with pitta, salad garnishes, toasted sesame oil, and dips Vegan NFI Chef’s salad; please see board Gnocchi; pan fried gnocchi with ‘parmesan’ shavings. Vegan option MAINS Raw ‘picnic’ platter: sunflower seed and raw vegetable wedge, with Saf raw cracker( eg spirulina and kale) With spiralised beet and carrot mango salad in sundried tomato dressing, and served with Onigiri Japanese (cooked) rice balls and tofu marinated in ginger and soy . This dish is vegan , GFI and served at room temperature Spanakopita ; layered spinach , feta and dill filo pastry with oven baked vine tomatoes, balsamic glaze with mixed side salad Mexican platter ; spicy refried beans with tomato chilli and coriander salsa, chilli sauce, cornbread or tortilla, sour cream. Vegan option Stuffed aubergine ; stuffed with quinoa, in a roasted red pepper , smoked paprika and orange sauce with creamy goat cheese(opt) and toasted pine nuts (opt). GF Goji Mushroom Burger large mushroom with halloumi cheese, tomato ketchup ,salad, pesto(opt) in a seedy bun with sweet potato wedges , and pickles. Vegans choose smoked tofu instead of cheese.
