Friday Tip - Dont use all your guns at once! When it comes to training, your body will adapt to whatever youve been doing and gains periodically decrease to a degree. Its that time when you need to change the stimulus and progress your programme, change your weight/rep range or training variables. Do it too often or all at once and your body will adapt to it. Where do you go when you need to overcome a plateaux to get to the next level of your goal? Theres may be time to use High Intensity Training, Strength work, Cardio etc and there may not be. If you dont need to, dont use it and save it for a time when you need it to overcome a plateaux. That way you have got it in your back pocket for whenever your current plan is working effectively enough. Have a great weekend :-)
