Fried Cabbage: 1 whole cabbage cored washed and chopped. 2 large onions chopped 2 yellow squash chopped 2 zucchini squash chopped 1 red or yellow bell pepper, chopped, you can use green too. 1 stick real butter salt and pepper 1 package of Hill Shire Farm Sausage, Cut into wedges **NOTE** Add a teaspoon of chopped jalapenos when its done for some extra kick. Not recommended for kids this way. In large skillet melt 1/2 stick of butter. Add the cabbage and all the other veggies. Turn heat to medium, place a lid on skillet and let it cook about 10 minutes. As the cabbage and veggies cook down add the sausage, stir well, cover and cook until the cabbage and veggies are 3/4 done. You may need to add a tad more butter during cooking if it dries out too much but remember cabbage holds water so you should see some liquid in the pan. Once cabbage is tender, cut off heat and serve hot with a meat. Enjoy!
