Friends, I have been eating RAW LIVING TACOS since October of 2005. Now, There are many delicious ways to prepare a RAW Taco... but here is my personal recipe: ENJOY!!!! Ingredients: Romaine Lettuce Avocado tomato cucumber Mango Celtic Sea Salt Cilantro Soaked Cashews(To Make Sour cream) Pepper and mild Cayenne Seasoning Olive Oil Lemon Juice Red Onion Hearken to this friends: Take a single romaine lettuce leaf. This will be Your TACO SHELL. Mash up a whole Avocado and add some lemon juice and sea salt to the mix. Then use it on the base of the shell. Then, Chop up some Red Onion, Cucumber, Tomato, Mango, Cilantro, and then add it to the taco. Take Your soaked cashews, and put them in a food processor with some about a tablespoon of olive oil, and sea salt. Add to taco. Sprinkle the Pepper and Mild Cayenne Seasoning to the mix.. And ENJOY!!!!!! I once ate 6 of these at one sitting before. I literally used 12 whole avocados in 6 tacos. Guess what??? I made myself Get up the very next morning and run 15 miles because I had ate so much. But I must say: Whenever I consume alot of RAW PLANT FAT like avocados, Good things always seem to occur. **** The bottom Line is this**** Friends, This is simply my way of sharing a piece of the lifestyle that has been such a blessing to me!!!
