Friends... I have to share this with you all. I have decided to switch systems. I know, I know... everyone is doing these mass moves from one system to another. But, I have a reasoned and very clear set of reasons to make my switch. I am no longer ordering cheeseburgers with American Cheese. I have switched to Swiss and there are several reasons why. 1. American cheese is yellow and when it falls on my ties it leaves a very awful color stain. Swiss cheese is white and leaves less of a stain. 2. Yellow cheese just looks bad with green lettuce and red ketchup. Swiss lets the colors of those condiments stand on their own. 3. American cheese is far too heavy, creating a very tired arm after the fourth or fifth cheeseburger. Swiss lets me do at least another cheeseburger or two with the lightness inherent in the cheese. I have been chewing American cheese for a couple of decades, but I have to look forward to the ever-changing landscape of Cheeseburgerdom and make the switch. I felt I had to share.
