Friends, I would like to share my online shopping experience with HOMESHOP18 as its very bad experience till now. Based on my bad experience and related survey found on internet web portal, it has become to the notice that HOMESHOP18 are intensely doing fraud business with cheating various customers through online shopping method. On 21st July 2014, I have placed the order no. 949381157 for Nokia Asha 210 Dual SIM Mobile Phone - Black worth Rupees 4849/- and delivery was scheduled on 28.07.2014 as per their web portal status in my accounts. Since, order were placed and confirmation were received by mail also, I was started tracking to ensure the delivery in time. After 2 days I observed and found that only order has been placed but order not shipped than how delivery will be on scheduled time. So, I contacted to Customer Support Executive to find the correct and current status, after discussion, the assurance given by customer support executive that no need to worry, delivery will be done on scheduled time. After this I was started to keep update from web site regarding the order and also frequently spoken with customer support executive (mainly Komal Gupta) but same reply will be given that no need to worry, delivery will be done on scheduled time however, status on web portal in my account section was being updated by HOMESHOP18 that Your order 949381157 for Product Nokia Asha 210 Dual SIM Mobile Phone - Black is delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience. We are working on delivering it to you as early as possible. In this regard I was written various emails to customer and also posted complaint tickets having number of Ticket #108059507 & Ticket #108035867 but intensely my complaint was closed by the customer support team by giving irresponsible reply. In view of above circumstances, I was written email to cancel the order and refund the value in my respective bank account, which was accepted by customer support executives and assurance being given for the same. Mean time, I was spoken with customer support executives many many times but same answer which has no any reliability and seems untrusted, unfair, fraudiness. Finally till today, I have neither received my order nor cash back. So, its my humble request to kindly beware by online shopping with HOMESHOP18 and kindly suggest that how to get my order or refund from this thieves/ fraud. Please suggest.
