Fort Myers police investigating parental abduction Posted: Oct 08, 2013 5:12 PM CST Updated: Oct 08, 2013 5:46 PM CST Crystal Riemer Crystal Riemer Crystal Riemer Crystal Riemer On Tuesday at 4:26 p.m., the Fort Myers Police Department responded to Lutheran Services located at 4150 Ford Street Extension in reference to a call about an abduction of a child. Upon arrival, police learned that Christine Riemer, 46, was at the facility for a court ordered supervised visit with her daughter. During the visitation, Reimer grabbed her daughter and fled out the backdoor. Police have issued a missing child alert for Crystal Riemer, 7. Crystal is supposed to be in foster care. She is a special needs child and is about the size of a three-year-old even though she is seven years old. It is believed they are traveling in a Budget rental truck with Oklahoma plate 2LN093. Christine is believed to be headed north on I-75.
