What I know about, Judy, is that the Labor party embarked on a stimulus plan which not only saved us from recession, but also kept me employed - a strategy which was the envy of all developed economies, and is acknowledged as a perfectly valid approach. Its called serviceable debt. On the contrary Sloppy Joe increased our debt level by a staggering 13.7% - thats $202.46 BILLION in less than a year!!! And for what purposes? Two of the smaller examples - gifting Rupert Murdoch an $890m tax refund, and an $8bn donation to the Reserve Bank which the RBA said they neither wanted nor needed. So dont sit their and talk about a budget emergency Judy. There never was one (until now, that is.) So its clear isnt it Judy? The tories with their born to rule mentality spend money on themselves and their mates, and justify it as part of their trickle-down fairy dust philosophy. Labor MANAGE money and debt, like we all do with our personal finances. Oh and by the way, do your lot intend to pass a budget anytime soon? Weve been without a budget for over 10 months now - and anytime would be fine thanks! Or is the plan now to sneak everything through by regulation and make us working class folk pay the price for not being born to rule, like the Liberal Party, wot!! As for Anna Blighs appointment of her husband - had you done some research (rare for Liberals, I know), youd realise that he held that job for 6 years before her appointment to the Premiership!! But while were talking that stuff, maybe you can explain Lisa Newman and the Monsour family dealings? Or the scholarship given to Frances Abbott? Or her appointment to BMW, who were subsequently awarded a $500m contract for her daddys new car? Or the appointment of Bridget Abbott to a prime executive role in DFAT despite having NO qualifications or experience in global strategy or diplomacy? Please tell us - were all dying to know......
