Friends and colleagues, I want to share my own experience with this novel approach to nutrition and eating habits. I read this doctors book on intermittent fasting about three months ago and decided to give it a try, as I had started to get a bit of that mid-life mid-section -- even though I cycle and work out regularly. The results have been fantastic and Im a full believer. Ive dropped about 20 pounds, all fat, and I feel great. I actually have more energy during the day, and I still do full workouts on my two fasting days each week. Just wanted to share this diet with friends. Its free to do, and it even saves money with reduced weekly grocery bills.
