Friends and family, Over the last few years, Ive noticed a gradual decline in my physical and mental health, which Im sure a fair amount of you may have picked up on as well. After deciding that enough was enough, I met with my doctor and have today begun taking medication for several conditions in hopes to put me back in balance. Ive never been medicated before so this is a very new experience to me, so I ask that you be patient with me should this cause any shifts in my behavior or level of activity while I adjust to this. As an added clarification I wont be able to drink on this medication, so while thats a bit of a bummer (its cider season after all), Im sure my brain and my wallet will thank me. So again, please bear with me while I work on this.
