Friends and family, our amazing Olivia strong supporters. Olivia is in ICU now. Im the most terrified mommy on earth at the moment. She is doing ok but after the white blood transfusion last night she spiked a fever of 104.3 and her heart rate was crazy high. They got it to come down a little but then she went right back up again. We were sent to ICU at about 4:30 this morning. The doctors are thinking that the white blood cells attacked her infection immediately and this was how her body responded. With her heart rate, breathing fast and high fever they are concerned for septic shock. Her fever spiked to its highest at 104.9 this morning. It finally came down and she is at 101.2. She is now finally comfortable again after crazy amounts of doctors examining her and running all sorts of tests on her. I would give anything just to move back to the oncology floor. My girl is my world and I need her to get better fast because I am rapidly losing my strength.
