Friends, and yes even family, tend to begin to drop like flies in a freezer when you find the truth of Jesus crucified. Dont let that deter you from following Him. He makes all things new. (2 corinthians 5:17) He restores what the locust has eaten (joel 2:25), what the devil has stolen, and He returns double for your trouble (isaiah 61:7)... *as the paraphrase goes*. Let it all go, trust in Jesus, and all *these things* (matt 6:19-33) will be added to you. When I finally decided to truly dedicate my life to Christ in 2001, everyone but a very few fell away. When I began to move in faith, only obeying His will for me, I was mocked and scoffed and people tried to deter me. Distraught, I inquired of God...
