Friends have been giving great reviews on Ombak. I have to say, whatever you see in that 2 hours performance is a result of 7 months of hard work. The kids never complain. I have always wonder how the kids can be so enthusiastic after long hours of practise. Day and night. Week after week. And I realize the answer lies with the 2 directors, Ghaffir & Lorna. They are great teachers. They make the kids passionate about what they are doing. Even when the kids have to juggle so many things. Sharing from Joanne Low Today, there are 3 Ombak cast members sitting for UPSR trial exams in the morning, and coming to perform at night. And 2 PMR students who went for their Oral exams yesterday morning before reporting for duty. Another brilliant 14 year old just sat for her Olevels. And lets not forget Squishy, the 16 year old travelling in daily from Putrajaya! Kudos, kudos, kudos! So yeah, come and support these children. Show is until 22nd August.
