Experienced in FMEA , Control Plan , PPAP etc. Exp in SQE ( Inspection plan preparation, able to interpret technical drawings ) , NPI Quality , New Product transition , FMEA , Control Plan , Quality Systems Experience in Medical , Aerospace and Defence and Automobile an added advantage GBS Engineering – SMT (Grade 24/ Grade 25) • Should have Experience in SMT pick & place machine programming (Siemens / Panasonic/ Fuji) - Any two machines mandatory. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in SMT programming in a shared services or Manufacturing set up. • Knowledge on NPI will be an added advantage as well. • Stencil/metal mask maintenance • Reflow machine Profile setting GBS Engineering – PCB CAD/CAM Engineer (Grade 24/ Grade 25/Grade 26) • PCB Designing • Support Multek Asia Engineering related software automation and improvement, including Genesis 2000 & InCAM script automation, InPlan software technical support and optimization, support the entire revamp of the Tooling systems and integrations. • Support to set up an NPI design rule check/panelization recommendation and validation system for product design, especially for FPC application and assembly/package simulation. • Software background. • PCB field, Master in Genesis 2000/InCAM, Master in InPlan software. • Skilled in Excel software macro/scripts functions GBS Engineering – MPDM (Grade 25/ Grade 26) NPI (New Product Introduction) ECO (Engineering Change Order management) BOM (Bill Of Materials) Management Price Matrix Process Creating setup like product Number, BOM Structure etc in AGILE & BAAN for new Products Creating part numbers for BOM in agile & Baan Creating AVL in agile & Baan system GBS Engineering – Tooling Engineer (Grade 26) Knowledge on Tools ,Jigs & Fixtures Knowledge on FMEA CAD/CAM & BOM application knowledge Knowledge about SMA machines ( processes) ,Knowledge on Test & Measurements Provide service level for requestor in Test , proces & NPI setup.Should have good experience in Vendor development for Tools/Jigs and Fixtures.
