Friends, let me make another reading of Mr Biyas New Law on terrorism. This we know, that that regime is irredeemably corrupt, it is dictatorial, it is underachieving, it is a tribal kleptocracy wrapped inside an oligarchy manned by gerontocrats who have transformed the state and the commonwealth into a Milking Cow and are leeching/bleeding it to death. At the same time this regime has colonised, subjugated, subsume, annihilated and annexed Southern Cameroons. BUT, and there is a big but. Do not say these things because you could be charged with attempting to force a government to do what it does not want to do - CHANGE! And your punishment could be the FIRING SQUAD! You do not believe me? Read it for yourself, a decent copy of that omnific, malefic law as obtained from the US Library of Congress. The law specifies that terrorist crimes are the taking of action likely to cause death; to endanger or damage the physical integrity of another; or to do damage to the nations natural resources, environment, or cultural heritage, when done with the intent of: a) intimidating the population, provoking a situation of terror or forcing the victim, the government and/or an organization, national or international[,] to accomplish or abstain from accomplishing any act whatsoever, to adopt or renounce a particular position, or to act according to certain principles; b) disturbing the normal functioning of the public services, the provision of essential services to the population, or creating a situation of crisis within the population; c) creating a general uprising in the country. (Cameroon Government Clarifies Position on New Terrorist Repression Law, OPEN SOURCE CENTER (Dec. 9, 2014), Foreign Broadcast Information Service online subscription database, Doc. No. AFL2014120940742115, quoting art. 2. 1.) The new law also imposes capital punishment on anyone who, for the same motives as stated above: Well, I tell these people what. We will never forgo our freedom of expression, of speech, of opinion, of conscience and the freedom to life, to live and to be free. Operating otherwise will be to allow tyranny and tyrants to grow very fat and very pompous. loc.gov/lawweb/servlet/lloc_news?disp3_l205404239_text
