Friends who live in refugee camps in Gaza, which is the case for most of those living in Gaza, have been called by the Israeli occupation army to evacuate their homes. Imagine with me. You are given few minutes to evacuate. To leave what you have built and dreamed of building. Imagine. Imagine the stories they had in that house. The memories. The books. Imagine. Imagine these Palestinian refugees. After being expelled by Israeli terrorist groups in 1948 (The year that marks the Palestinian Catastrophe- Nakba), they are now being expelled but in a different way. They are being expelled and evacuated systemically, and with the coverage of the international community who defends Israels right for self-defense. Here, I want you to remember that Gaza does not besiege Tel Aviv. Gaza does not control the entrances and borders of Israel. I sadly have to remind you that they are the OPPRESSED. They are the OCCUPIED. This is what hurts me more as a Palestinian. I am hurt because the media dehumanizes me. Because the media portrays me as the oppressor. Pray for Gaza, the least you can do. Today, Israel killed 110 Palestinians within few hours. 110 Palestinians. 110 Palestinians.
