Friendz difference of opinion is obvious when people with different priorities, experience, thoughts etc. come together in an organization.... this difference exists even in smallest system what we call FAMILY where we are very limited in numbers....with every passing day we are growing in number and therefore our strength is growing....to accommodate our growing strength core team of GIVE-BACK is working relentlessly at the same time they are trying to convince each one of us the importance of our unity....it is not only useful for our SVNs/GPS but I found few benefits to us as well like 1. Easy availability of experts from different fields to our own kids..see the diversity and talent in the main group. 2. We can continue our friendship in school till the end of life....hardly anyone is there who dont want his friends during GPS/SVN period. 3. Increases our responsibility toward society....it makes us better human being every passing day. 4. Give immense happiness and peace when we contribute little/participate in activities.....not possible easily through other means. .......and many more important aspects can be attributed to it. So I request you all to please try to comply and coordinate with the core team...avoid open criticism of each-other or allegations instead resolve differences with each other at personal level (please do not make personal differences organizational)....It is this forum that can become powerful if we take some decisive but responsible stand......remember we are doing it for ourselves and not for anyone else (someone may differ this)......I appeal to all GPS/SVN Kelapur boyz to form a team to coordinate with the core team of our GIVE-BACK....hope you all will understand the need of our togetherness.
