From 1998 to 2012, when housing price has been almost doubled (90% incr.), household income has just increased by 9%. Let me add one more row: in 1998, CPI was 104.4, but in 2012, CPI was 110.3, i.e. increased by 6%. In other words, the net average household income has increased by 3% in the past 15 years. Remarks: Some data provided in the table do not match with the official data series, for example, RVDs housing price index (all classes) in 1998 and 2012 should be 117.1 and 206.2, i.e. 76% increase (not 90%). GDP (CSD at current market price) in 1998 and 2012 should be 1,308,074 and 2,037,064 (r) respectively, i.e. 56% (not 60%)
