From Alistair & Eleanor Dixon : We first met Jim some years ago when he and Janice pastored Revival Fire a christian fellowship in Cleveleys. We both loved Jims down to earth honesty. He was someone you could respect. He was a selfless man who went through life helping others, firstly as a fireman,pulling folks out of the fire and as a christian, along with Janice setting people on fire. He was a great encourager, a very good friend who was always there just at the right time. Even in Jims last days in the hospice, in spite of the suffering, he always thought of other before himself. He loved his wife, family and others as well as Jesus. It was a pleasure just being in his presence. Oh what fellowship we had with him. He was indeed unique, a friend of God who touched the life of many. We shall miss him dearly, but know that one day we will see him again and continue forever in good fellowship in the presence of the Lord. Alistair and Eleanor Dixon
