From Amanda: Has anyone kept a successful breastfeeding relationship while also tube feeding with an NG tube? Im completely new to this and I really want to keep BF as its important emotionally for both my daughter and me. Is this even possible? Evie will be 1 year this July and we will be introducing the NG tube this month. Weve been BF since 4 weeks with a nipple shield and introduced a SNS with NeoSure at 6 months. The Dr.s still arent happy with her weight gain. Shes still in a negative percentile and refuses any solids. Any advice or resources would be very welcome!
