From Anne de Bretagne who knows whats been done and how its done from her strategic perch in Europe: PH must know that Russia invaded Estonia by cyberwarfare some 6 years ago and plunged the little country in a lockout that saw Estonia virtually in the dark ages for a number of days. Estonias entire economy plunged as its banks and financial institutions, government institutions, communication systems, transport systems (land, air and sea), etc etc etc were put in shambles by Russian invasion of Estonias cyberspace... and this is something that China can very well do with the flick of a switch... Our government officials should do their homework and move heaven and earth to protect the country from harm by all means possible starting NOW...actually even from YESTERDAY!
