From Fr. Jude: Heartfelt thanks for your outpouring of faith, joy and fervor this past Holy Week and during our glorious Easter Eucharist celebrations. We are truly an Easter people, bound together by our trust and confidence that He is risen. Alleluia! Holy Thursday fills us with the blessing of servant leadership. We show love, humility, and gratitude in the details of our everyday lives. Good Friday reminds us vividly that His destiny was THE CROSS; His purpose was LOVE; His reason was YOU AND ME! The Holy Saturday liturgy is overflowing with rich symbols of our faith: from the fires of new creation to His light dispelling darkness; from grief and sadness, to joy and exultation; from the Paschal Candle to the life-giving waters of Baptism. Alleluia, Alleluia! And Easter Sunday brought us home to our parish family to celebrate a loving, giving God who offers us life beyond this life -- with Him and one another. Thank you, thank you, thank you -- for everything you did this Lent, Holy Week and Easter Sunday to make our passage of faith a spiritual journey of a lifetime! Love, Fr. Jude, OSB
