From LA DOTD Road and Lane Closure LA 41 Spur St. Tammany Parish EMERGENCY Norfolk Southern Railroad Work Thursday, May 01, 2014 4:00 PM Road and Lane Closure LA 41 Spur St. Tammany Parish Norfolk Southern Railroad Work EMERGENCY CLOSURE Thursday, May 01, 2014 There will be an emergency roadway closure of LA 41 Spur (Pine Street) between US 11 and I-59 beginning Friday, May 2, 2014 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (weather permitting) while crews replace asphalt near the railroad tracks. Permit/Detour Section LA 41 Spur Eastbound motorists should take LA 3081 south to US 11/LA 1090, then east on US 11/LA 1090, to I-59, north on I-59 to LA 41 Spur. I-59 Southbound motorists should continue south on I-59 to Exit 3, then take US 11/LA 1090 west to LA 3081, then take LA 3081 north to LA 41 Spur. Northbound motorists should take Exit 3 to US 11/LA 1090 west to LA 3081, then take LA 3081 north to LA 41 Spur.
