From Lawrence Lam, Board Advisor of Covenant Ballet and CBT Dance Academy - The first thing we learn growing up is to say Thank You when someone gives us something. Covenant Ballet Theatre of Brooklyn raised $20,760 at FundAnything, $1,760 over its goal of $19,000. Everyone gave to support CBT’s mission. How can we thank those who contributed? Words can only express so much. However, actions will go so much further. CBT will continue the good work to show its appreciation towards the kindness of the donors. It’s more than just a feel good moment; it’s an act that will enhance many children’s lives and development. Of course, a fundraising campaign is only a period set aside to solicit. Donation to CBT is always welcome. Non-profits depend on every penny raised.
