Cheap Thrills is a zero budget film festival, now in it’s third year, which is all about the joy of home made movies. We offer free technical support for none movie makers, and a warm audience for novice and pro alike. We charge no film entry fee, no admittance, and even the sweets and popcorn are free. We do not receive, and indeed regularly refuse, funding. There are four rules. Films must be... 1.Short 2.Entertaining 3.Family friendly 4.Cheap.
